The right social account
Use an Instagram Business/Creator account or TikTok Pro account. Switching is free and requires no business registration. This enables post-level Insights through the co-author role; see Section 8.

Can I film or post before I’m approved?
No. You must receive written approval from Ambrae by email or DM before filming or publishing any program content. Submitting an application is not approval.
Content published without prior approval is not eligible for any reward, regardless of views. Ambrae may request removal or correction of unapproved content claiming a connection to the program. This does not apply to organic, non-commercial product mentions that make no reference to the Ambassador Program.
Who can take part?
You must be at least 18, live in the UAE, have a verifiable Ambrae purchase, hold a valid UAE Media Council Advertiser Permit, use an Instagram Business/Creator or TikTok Pro account, and accept the full terms at registration.
See all six eligibility criteria. Registration does not guarantee approval. False statements about age, residency, purchase or permit status will result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
When should I apply and publish?
Apply within 5 days of your purchase. Ambrae reviews the application, purchase and permit status within 2 business days of submission.
Wait for written approval before filming. Your approved content must be published within 21 days of the purchase date, not 21 days after approval.
Do I need an Advertiser Permit?
Yes. A valid UAE Media Council Advertiser Permit is required for this program. Approval is conditional on permit verification.
Ambrae will request your permit number and a screenshot showing it displayed publicly on your social profile. It must be verifiably displayed before content is published. See Section 7 of the rules.
What proof of purchase is accepted?
- ambrae.ae or ambrae.shop: your order number and/or the email used at checkout.
- Amazon: an order-confirmation screenshot showing the product, order date and order number.
- In-store or retail: a receipt photo showing the date, product and amount paid.
For Amazon and in-store purchases, Ambrae will email you after you apply to request this proof. Ambrae may ask for additional proof and reject purchases that cannot be reasonably verified.
What kind of content should I create?
After approval, create an Instagram Reel or TikTok video featuring your Ambrae product and your honest experience. Tag Ambrae as co-author/collaborator when publishing; a valid co-author tag is required for reward eligibility.
Follow the brand guidelines shared upon approval and UAE media content standards. Keep the content public and unedited for the entire measurement window: no re-uploads or deletion. Ambrae may decline or withdraw its co-author role for non-compliant content, making it ineligible for a reward.
How much store credit could I earn?
Rewards depend on views measured 14 days after publication:
- Below 2,000 views: no reward.
- 2,000-4,999 views: 25% of the amount paid.
- 5,000-9,999 views: 50% of the amount paid.
- 10,000+ views: 100% of the amount paid.
The percentage applies to your actual amount paid after discounts, not the original list price. The maximum is AED 200 in store credit per participant per calendar quarter, regardless of purchase value or views. Rewards are store credit only, never cash, bank transfers or refunds.
When will I receive my credit, and how can I use it?
Eligible credit is issued within 14 business days of the final view measurement. You need an existing or newly created customer account on ambrae.ae or ambrae.shop to receive it.
Use it for future purchases on those sites. Credit is valid for 12 months from issue, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn.
Can I earn more by posting several videos?
Only one content submission per purchase order counts. Multiple pieces of content from the same purchase do not stack rewards. The AED 200 per-participant, per-calendar-quarter cap still applies. But you can enter the program with a new content as many times as you want. Every new entry must be based on a separate qualifying purchase. You cannot reuse an order you have already submitted content for, and only one content submission counts per purchase order.

Every entry goes through the full process again: apply within 5 days of the new purchase, wait for written approval, then create and publish. The AED 200 per-participant, per-calendar-quarter cap applies across all your entries combined, not to each entry separately.
How are views checked?
Ambrae measures views through native platform Insights, using its co-author access wherever possible, 14 days after publication. Ambrae may also request screenshots of your post-level Insights, including reach, retention and audience breakdown.
Artificial or purchased engagement can lead to rejection or disqualification. Ambrae may investigate unusual view spikes, bot-like audiences or other signs of non-organic engagement.
Can Ambrae share my content?
Yes. Participation includes consent for Ambrae to use your published content for its own marketing, including reposting it or featuring it on its website and social channels, with credit to you as the original creator, unless otherwise agreed.
Can the program or rules change?
Ambrae may modify, pause or discontinue the program or its terms, with notice to registered participants. It may disqualify participants who breach the rules and reclaim issued credit in cases of fraud or false declarations.
